Beth Kobb, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in providing mental health services to a wide variety of clients.
I’ve provided counseling and psychotherapy in a number of different settings, including schools, hospitals, and clinics. I’ve been in private practice for 14 years, currently in San Antonio, and I also provide telehealth counseling through Connell and Associates.
Counseling or psychotherapy is an opportunity to build capacity for self-understanding. It is a process that can help clarify distortions of negative core beliefs and provide a space for discovering one’s unique gifts and expression.
My work with teens, individual adults, and couples is very flexible and tailored to meet your specific needs. It can also accelerate the freedom from limiting qualities and the development of new competencies.
I attended the University of Texas at Austin where I received a B.A. in Psychology with honors and a Master’s degree in Social Work.
From Houston originally, I’m married with one adult son, and often enjoying the beauty of the foothills of the hill country.
